Standalone and mobile users can continue recording consultations and accessing transcriptions without interruption. However, content generation features, including note and template generation, are currently unavailable.
Consultation data is securely retained for 48 hours, which means users will still be able to generate content once the issue has been resolved. At this time, we do not yet have a confirmed ETA to share, but the team is actively working on a fix.
We have identified an incident affecting the CoeurWay application, which is preventing note generation for some users.
